Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison Yeast

Produces spicy notes, fruity esters, and complex aromas.

Creates a crisp, mildly acidic beer.

Know for a very quick start to fermentation then stalling. Increasing temperatures to over 85 F may help kickstart the yeast again, or a secondary strain may be required.
