Wyeast 3763 Roeselare Ale Blend Yeast

A proprietary blend of lambic cultures. Includes Belgian Ale yeast, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus.

Produces sourness and earthy notes. High attenuation produces a very dry beer.
