Part of Wyeast’s Private Collection limited release yeast strains. Formerly called Dutch Castle and Ingelmunster Ale yeast.

A Belgian yeast strain with high alcohol tolerance.

Produces beers with spicy and phenolic notes, with a dry, tart finish.
