Wyeast 3864 PC Canadian/Belgian Ale

Belgian ale yeast strain which produces balanced ales with some fruity esters.

Nice choice for Belgian Style Dubbels and Tripels. Good alcohol tolerance, up to 12% ABV.

Higher fermentation temperatures and gravities will produce more esters.
